Indie developer Gun Media has released a new update for the shooter game Friday the 13th: The Game. The update introduces Virtual Cabin 2.0, offline bots support and a new playable character.
In the game the player will have to do everything possible to escape and survive, along with six other unlucky souls, while the most well-known killer in the world tracks them down to brutally slaughter the group.
The new Virtual Cabin feature is a complete overhaul from the original version. The new content is a combination museum that features interactive developer diaries and new secrets to explore.
The update also introduces a number of other major changes, including offline bots support to allow players to play the game without going online, the new playable character Sheldon "Shelly" Finklestein and a new maximum level cap of 150.
Aside from the new content the update also features several tweaks and bugfixes, including improvements to maps, matchmaking, perks and Counselors.
