Earlier today the official Grand Theft Auto V ingame map has been released by a distributor of videogame strategy guides. The maps is currently making the rounds on various internet mediums and social networks despite Rockstar Games' initial effort to stop the spreading of the map assets.

The map is seemingly quite big and packed with a wide range of different icons, marking shops and other ventures, one can only think that many icons were left out to keep the overall map artwork nice and tidy.

Grand Theft Auto V is releasing on September 17 for Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. A PC version has not been announced yet.
