EA Games' Bioware studio will be releasing its action RPG game Anthem in March 2019, the studio announced earlier this week. The game was revealed last year.

In Anthem players are Freelancers, characters who protect humanity by wielding an arsenal of Javelin exosuits, each equipped with unique weapons and abilities.

Players will be able to play together with friends, both locally and via online multiplayer, to confront dangers and to explore the world around them.

Anthem will release in March 2019 for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The exact date has yet to be announced.
