NetherRealm Studios has announced that it has started taking registrations for the online beta test for Injustice 2. During the beta test players can try out the online functionality of the game.
On the game's official website interested players are now able to sign up to receive a key for the online beta test. The game is currently only in development for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

The development studio has not yet given a date for the online beta test, but it is likely to start early February because the game is scheduled to launch on May 19th 2017.
A PC release for Injustice 2 has been hinted at several times by the development studio, but thus far it has not announced further details.
Back in June of 2016 the studio stated that there is "definitely going to be an Injustice 2 mobile app" and also stated that a PC version of the game would "most likely" come to exist.
