Nintendo has announced that it will be launching a 3DS version of Super Mario Maker later this year. The game is a port of the Wii U that released in 2015.
Just like the original game players will be able to design, share and even play their own Mario levels. The 3DS version of Super Mario Maker will also be partially compatible with creations from the Wii U version.
The 3DS version of the game does seem to be limited as players will be unable to share their created levels online, forcing them to share their creations via local area networks or via Nintendo StreetPass.
Super Mario Maker 3DS launches on December 2nd 2016.
