SEGA has announced a Collector's Edition of Sonic Mania. The Collector's Edition contains several unique Sonic items. The game is scheduled to launch in 2017.
The new Sonic Mania Collector's Edition contains a 12-inch statue depecting Sonic standing on a Sega Genesis console. The statue comes with a speaker that will play familiar SEGA booting sounds.

The Collector's Edition will also contain a code to download the game digitally, a replica Genesis cartridge and a golden ring.
The Sonic Mania Collector's Edition is already available for pre-ordering in the US for $69,99 USD. Whether the Collector's Edition will also make it way to Europe remains to be seen.
