Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot has announced that Ghost Recon: Wildlands will be getting several beta tests over the next few months. Guillemot wants to have beta tests for the game to allow players to get familiar with the title.
According to Guillemot, the beta tests of the game are likely to start the next fiscal quarter to "help players to actually know what the game is and what it can become.".
"It can be a revolutionary game, and to compare with The Division last year, it's in the same trend actually," Guillemot said, adding that feedback so far has been "excellent".
In August Ubisoft announced that it had delayed its downloadable content plans for Tom Clancy's The Division because of growing discontent amongst the game's playerbase because of the increasing number of bugs included in the game's free updates.
Ghost Recon: Wildlands is scheduled to launch March 7th 2017 for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
