Indie development studio SMAC Games has announced it has released the indie isometic shooter game Tokyo 42.

Framed for a murder you didn't commit, players delve into a world of assassins, deadly corporate intrigue and cats as they explore a hand-crafted micro Tokyo and discover its secrets.

The game features an open-world singleplayer campaign as well as a competitive multiplayer mode. Players will be able to buy and use a variety of weapons and tools to approach the many challenges that exist in the game's isometric world.

Tokyo 42 is now available on PC and Xbox One and will be making its way to the PlayStation 4 later this year.
