According to a recent announcement, sign-up for the technical alpha test that was announced last month is now open. The studio is collecting information regarding play styles and machine hardware to select testers.

The studio notes that the tests will expand over time and more testers will be regularly invited to help shape the game.

Microsoft Flight Simulator is scheduled to release in 2020 for PC and Xbox One.
