Ubisoft has announced its upcoming shooter game Tom Clancy's The Division 2. The game is currently being developed by Massive Entertainment.
According to a press release, the game will make use of the same engine as the original game, Snowdrop, and has been in development since the original game released back in 2016.

The publisher further notes that it aims to continue to develop content for the original game for the foreseeable future. An upcoming update for it will also introduce "Shields" achievements that will unlock new content in its sequel.
Ubisoft is expected to release the first Tom Clancy's The Division 2
gameplay footage in June.
