Funcom has announced a new survival game called Conan Exiles. The game developer announced the game with an announcement trailer.

In the game players will start with no items or gear and will have to collect and craft to fight and survive. The game is set in a dark fanatasy world. Players will be able to play the game cooperatively by teaming up with friends or by joining a public multiplayer server.

Players will journey through a vast, "seamless" world filled with the ruins of ancient civilizations and uncover its dark history and buried secrets as they seek to conquer and dominate the exiled lands themselves.

The game develope further notes that the game is not an empty sandbox game. It is set in a world rich in history where you must discover the knowledge and secrets of ancient civilizations as you struggle to build your own.

Conan Exiles is expected to launch in 2017 for PC and Xbox One.
