The popular text-based indie game Emily is Away will get a sequel, developer Kyle Seeley has confirmed. The sequel will be titled Emily is Away Too.
Just like the first game players will play as a teenager that chats with the chat bot Emerly35. In the first game players could interact with the chat bot by selecting a variety of replies during conversations.
The game received popularity because it featured many references to the internet culture from the early 2000s.

The sequel also features new customization options that allows players to tweak their chat profile. The changes to the profile could also affect the way the storyline of the game advances.
