Indie development studio Hazelight Studios has released a new gameplay trailer for the new prison escape game A Way Out. The game is based on other prison break series and movies.

In the game players must escape from prison by working together. The game can only be played in co-op multiplayer, either via a local split screen multiplayer mode or by teaming up with a friend online.

The game is played in third person and players will be able to play as either Leo and Vincent as they try to break out of prison. Players can approach scenarios in different ways depending on how players split up tasks and every scenario is said to be "unique" to a specific scene.

The game is currently being developed by indie development studio Hazelight Studios and is part of EA Games Originals, a funding and support program for indie development studios.

A Way Out will launch on March 23rd, 2018, for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
