Hello Games has announced that its upcoming Beyond update for No Man's Sky will contain virtual reality support. Support for both PC and PlayStation VR was confirmed.
Earlier this month the studio announced that the Beyond update would include three major components, one of which is No Man's Sky Online. The second is likely virtual reality support.
In addition to PlayStation VR support, the studio has also confirmed that it will support virtual reality on the PC, meaning that players will be able to use either the HTC Vive or the Oculus Rift.
The No Man's Sky Beyond update is scheduled to release this summer for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
Update: In addition to PlayStation VR support, Hello Games has now also confirmed PC virtual reality support.
