Nintendo has announced that it will release a new console on November 11, 2016, called the Classic Mini. The console will feature 30 classic titles from the Nintendo Entertainment System and looks similiar to the original console.


The console features an HDMI port to connect it to modern monitors and comes with a controller that is inspired by the original NES controller. In addition the console comes with 30 titles pre-installed, including Legend of Zelda, Super Mario Bros., Donkey Kong and Megaman.

The console features the same port that is used on the current Wii and Wii U controllers, allowing players to use the new classic controller on the existing Wii and Wii U virtual console as well.

The console will be available starting November 11, 2016, for a retail price of €59.99.
