The battle royale game PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds will be released for PlayStation 4 in December. The release was confirmed by development studio PUBG Corp. earlier today.
The game was already rumored to be heading to the PlayStation 4 when fans found images hosted on Sony's content servers last week.
The PlayStation 4 version of the game will give players access to all three maps Erangel, Miramar and Sanhok with the fourth snow map will be added this winter.
In addition, the game will also feature custom matches and the event mode, however cross-platform multiplayer was not announced or confirmed.
PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds for PlayStation 4 will release on December 7, 2018, and retails for $29.99 US, with additional bundles available for a higher price.
