Introducing our premium subscription service
Thursday, December 27, 2018 - 08:52 GMT

Publisher Moonlight Multimedia has announced it will be introducing a premium subscription service for its video games publication ZeroLives.com.

The subscription will help cover the cost of stories that take a significant amount of time to research and report. Readers that do not have an active subscription will still be able to access some of this content.

The decline of online advertising and the rise of ad blockers means the constant costs associated with independent journalism becomes increasingly difficult to carry. This results in less news being reported and less feature articles being published.

Subscribers will get a number of benefits, such as sharing premium articles with friends, browsing without ads, and participating in subscriber giveaways.

The new extra service comes in both a monthly and yearly subscription with options to purchase without recurring billing.

At the time of writing, the price tag for the monthly subscription is €7.99 and the price tag for the yearly subscription is €86.29, a 10 percent discount over the monthly price.

A wide range of payment methods is supported, including Credit Card, PayPal, iDeal, Giropay, Sofort, Bank Transfer, and even Bitcoin.

The subscription service is also available on supported mobile platforms via our mobile apps for Android and iOS.
