Nintendo has released the first gameplay footage of the Nintendo Switch version of Doom. The game was announced earlier this week.
The new gameplay video was released via a Japanese Nintendo Direct livestream yesterday and shows the graphical fidelity of the Nintendo Switch version of the game.
According to a recent press release, the first title to appear on the handheld console is Doom, which is expected to release this holiday season. The Nintendo Switch version will feature both the singleplayer campaign and multiplayer modes.
Whether the game will feature changes to make it easier to play is currently unknown although expected. Whether all downloadable content will be included is also still unknown.
The Nintendo Switch version of Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus was also announced. The Nintendo Switch version is said to be released in 2018. The game launches on October 27, 2017, for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
