ZeniMax has revealed the first details for QuakeCon 2017. The convention will once again be taking place in Dallax, Texas.
While the convention was hosted at the Hilton Anatole last year, this year the year QuakeCon will be hosted at a new venue: the Gaylord Texan Resort. Along with announcement of the new venue ZeniMax has also released the convention dates: August 24th 2017 until August 27th 2017.

As always convention admission will be free of charge, though the company has opened a special QuakeCon website where those interested are able to book a hotel room for $185 a night.
QuakeCon is a yearly convention held by ZeniMax to celebrate and promote the major franchises of id Software and other studios owned by the company.
At this year's edition id Software is expected to reveal more information on the arena shooter Quake Champions.
