Square Enix has announced that the Final Fantasy XV multiplayer expansion pack Comrades will be getting a closed beta test next month.


In Comrades players take their custom avatar on multiplayer quests with up to three other players. Noctis and his friends will also be made playable at a later date.

The closed beta test is an exclusive preview that allows players who own the game's Season Pass to experience select elements of the upcoming multiplayer expansion.

The beta test will start on August 3rd, 2017, and will last until August 8th, 2017 and is expected to be available on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

An official release date for the Final Fantasy XV Comrades multiplayer expansion pack has not yet been given.
