The infamous space exploration game No Man's Sky will be making its way to the Xbox One, development studio Hello Games confirmed. The studio has also announced a new summer update.

The Xbox One version of the game is expected to feature the same content as the current PC version. The game was already rumored to be making its way to the Xbox One since we found code for the console version in the game's executable in 2016.

In addition to the Xbox One release, the studio has also announced it is working on a new update that it has titled "Next".

According to the studio, the update will implement some of the features players have requested as well as an expansion of the game's current storyline.

The next update is said to be an important step in the development of the game. Though the studio did not comment on what this important step is.

No Man's Sky for Xbox One is expected to release later this year.
