Indie development studio Purple Tree has released the first trailer for its upcoming soccer game '90s Football Stars. The game releases later this year.

'90s Football Stars is a 2D arcade soccer game that sports the iconic retro art style of the '90s. The game will include many fan favorites from the not so distant past, including Dutch, Argentinean, and German teams.

The game is said to be a "super fast, dynamic experience" with medium sized fields and no fouls or offsides whistled.

In addition to classic teams, the game will also feature all teams that are qualified for the 2018 World Cup recreated in retro style.

'90s Football Stars is expected to release in the autumn of 2018 for PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
