Konami has launched the open beta of Metal Gear Survive for Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The beta allows players to try out the co-op multiplayer mode.
In the Metal Gear Survive open beta players will be one of the first to discover a "thrilling and strategic" team mode, taking place in a world infested by hostile creatures.

The open beta features a co-op multiplayer mode in which up to 4 players can team up together in two stages, Wrecked Base and Deserted Mine, featuring three different missions.
The open beta is only available for Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Konami did not comment on why it won't be releasing the open beta for the PC.
The Metal Gear Survive open beta will be available until January 21, 2018.
