Indie development studio Lizardcube has released a new developer diary video for Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap. In the new video developers talk about the creation of the game.
The new developer diary video shows how developers Omar Cornut and Ben Fiquet travel to Japan to show off the game at the fourth annual BitSummit convention in Kyoto and to discuss the game with franchise creator Ryuichi Nishizawa.
Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap is the remake of the original 8-bit game Wonder Boy 3: The Dragon's Trap, which was released in 1989 for the popular Sega Master System and Sega Game Gear consoles. The remake of the game was officially announced in June.
In August we published an interview with the two Lizardcube developers following the announcement of the game that also gives an insight into the development process.
A release date for Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap has not yet been announced.
