Sony has confirmed that PlayStation VR will ship with 8 playable demos when it launches on October 13th. With the included demos players are able to experience virtual reality as soon as they pick up the virtual reality headset.

The 8 playable demos are Driveclub VR, PlayStation VR Worlds, RIGS Mechanized Combat League, Tumble VR, Battlezone, EVE: Valkyrie, Wayward Sky and Headmaster.

The full version of PlayStation VR Worlds will contain 5 games, including Ocean Descent.

Sony is expected to reveal additional PlayStation VR details later today when it hosts its PlayStation Meeting 2016 in New York at 20:00 BST.
