The first multiplayer hacks for Battlefield 1 are already surfacing on the internet on the second day of the game's open beta. The beta of the game launched yesterday.
With the new hacks players are able to get an unfair advantage over their opponents as they are able to see through walls and even turn invisible. The hacks also allow players to change gravity and teleport all over the beta's Sinai Desert map.
Multiplayer hacks surfacing this soon after the launch of the open beta is not surprising. Back in 2010 EA Games' Medal of Honor beta event was also riddled with hackers while players were testing the game.
In previous Battlefield games EA Dice has made use of its proprietary FairFight anti-cheat system. Whether the system is already active in beta version of Battlefield 1 is currently unknown.
To some hackers hacking multiplayer games and cracking its anti-cheat systems is considered a sport, receiving recognition from fellow hackers if they were the first to be able to compromise a game's security.
Battlefield 1 launches on October 21st for PC, Xbox One and Playstation 4.
