IO Interactive has released a new launch trailer for the second piece of episodic content for Hitman. In the second episode Agent 47 travels down to Sapienza, an Italian seacoast town. The story of the new episode revolves around a scientist that is trying to manufacture a deadly virus inside a secret weapon manufacturing laboratory.

The content of the second episode was originally supposed to be available at the launch of the game, but a decision was made to instead delay the content in favor of releasing it through separate episodic content packs. The third episode is expected to be set in Morocco and is coming this May.

IO Interactive has chosen to sell the Hitman story content in separate packs. Players who are interested in the game can unlock the first episode of Hitman by purchasing the "Intro Pack", unlocking the epiloge and Paris episode.

The "Upgrade Pack", that is being sold separately, unlocks all the upcoming content and future updates. A "Full Experience Pack" is also available containing content from both the "Intro Pack" and "Upgrade Pack".

The second episode is available starting April 26th for PC, Xbox One and Playstation 4.
